After the golf event there will be a free cultural tour lead by Barbara Callihoe.
The event will take place at Roderick Haig-Brown Provincial Park where the Sockeye Salmon are visible in the Adams River. October is the time of year that the Sockeyes return to spawn after a 4 year trip to the Pacific Ocean. Players will be divided up into 2 teams. Each team will have 15 minutes to hide 5 cache containers and record the coordinates, then 15 minutes to search for the containers hidden by the other team. The team with the most finds wins.
